Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative video content for real estate property listings to be featured on YouTube.
- Develop compelling scripts that highlight the key features, benefits, and unique selling points of each property while maintaining a captivating storytelling approach.
- Ensure high-quality visual presentation, including camera work, lighting, and video editing, to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Engage with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and inquiries, creating a sense of community and trust.
- Monitor video performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Uphold the branding and image of the real estate agency or property developer, maintaining a professional and consistent presence on YouTube.
- Stay innovative by exploring new video formats, trends, and technologies to keep the channel fresh and engaging.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Level, in Mass Media and Communication are preferred.
